The room is spacious, quiet and very beautiful. It follows the aesthetics of the hotel, like a stately palace. . The bathroom is clean, although it has a Venetian shower and if you don't spend it carefully everything is lost. The bed is comfortable with enough pillows. . The breakfast is very very good (except for coffee and juice). Good pastries, many types of bread. Quality jam a small offer cooked at the moment (omelette, waffles, eggs..) as well as various types of milk and fruit . The check in and check out process is quick and easy. Special mention to Eva at the reception. Who gave us very interesting recommendations and attended with great kindness. . It's worth the parking. It's right next to the hotel and if they don't have any spaces in the hotel you can leave the car for the same price they offer in the hotel.
coffee and juice from breakfast. Breakfast is delicious. Good pastries. many kinds of bread, Quality marmalade and a small offer cooked on the spot. the juice is from a (powdered) machine and coffee is undrinkable. quality of the breakfast is too good to put that juice and that coffee that is more typical of a hotel of coast for tourism marrullero.

Tastefully decorated & brand-new room with a window on the outside. Very good service, parking nearby. Everything VERY GOOD. In the heart of the city, very convenient. And close enough to the historical centre as well as Old Town.

I was given a terrible room in which I spent my first night, with no ventilation except for a window over the entrance, had to be left open to breathe and through which came all the noises of those who came and went, clatter of the restaurant dishes, clatter of the lift that went up and down constantly rubbing the wall of the room with unbearable enthusiasm. I had gone to Cádiz to spend a couple of pleasant days and although the beginning was so regrettable, I tried not to embitter my trip and just asked to be moved to a room instead of the emergency room that I had enjoyed that night. next morning I was assigned another 'room', it was extremely narrow, it barely fit between the bed and wall, I had to take the bedside table out into a corridor or I was forced to jump over a chair or to laboriously dodge other objects to move around with some (! slack, there was no wardrobe to put my clothes in, a pivot sticking out of the wall from which hang some hangers. Letting myself be guided confidently by some clearly inappropriate propaganda phrases had given me this disarray, I don't know if it was more unfortunate or more humorous, this because perhaps the disarray is part of some thematic entertainment whose intrigue has not been able to discover my lack of humor. In short, in my experience, an establishment of this type could be described as a hostel, inn, inn... (and thus make its exuberant peculiarities known to potential clients) but not as a three-star hotel, except perhaps in a remote country. I would also suggest that such a place should not be referred to in its name as a capital event like Las Cortes de Cádiz.

Location.
I booked the accommodation a priori because of its location and three stars it has. I understood that it would house rooms in keeping with the distinction, nothing could be further from the truth. mattresses, are very uncomfortable and noise was constantly noticed, especially from the room upstairs, I understand were packing to leave early and were not aware of everything that affected what they were doing in the rest of the rooms. At 2 a. m. I called the reception to have my room changed, they indicated that the hotel was full. I had a two-day reservation, I left before 7 a. m. They kindly offered me another room, I didn't want to accept. It is also fair to say that although the reservation was non-refundable, I was only charged for a one-day stay and staff were always very attentive and willing, I would not go again and would not recommend it.

The location is excellent in the middle of the old town and it was good value for the money.
Difficult to go there by car, and parking more than 200 meters away.

The hotel is in the historic centre of th city in an old fine building.
The room we had was too small for the category and without natural light.

The location is excellent. Just how you imagine Andalusia to be. The staff are very welcoming and the building itself is charming and historical. I look forward to returning some day.
The breakfast could be improved.

I wanted a double room with a toaster, a window facing outside with a nice view, and they were nice enough to give me exactly that! 🌅
