Despite the excellent location, the noise from the streets sometimes disturbed our sleep at night.

I stayed in a Double or Twin Room with Balcony for 4 nights. The room was super clean, had a lovely balcony facing the street, and they even left free water and wine for us. But, the mattress was a bit firm for my liking, making it hard to get comfortable at night. It was a sweet touch having drinks on arrival—definitely got the stay off to a good start!

We were woken up early every morning by drilling, and it seemed the staff didn't care at all, as no one acknowledged our complaints. The mattress was uncomfortable, making it impossible to rest after dealing with the noise.

great atmosphere but lacking some amenities
The hotel had stunning decor, a true embodiment of its palace origins. The rooftop terrace provided a serene environment to unwind, which really enhanced our experience. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast options from the hotel restaurant, which set a nice tone for the day.
Some basic amenities could have been improved to match the hotel's charm.
